Some sessions you walk away from knowing you captured something really special. This was one of them. When the Fincannon family reached out about an in home session to welcome their fifth baby I knew we needed everything to be just right — and that started with the light. We rescheduled a couple of times chasing the perfect conditions and I would do it a hundred times over because these images are some of my absolute favorites I have ever made. The golden light pouring through the windows of their Tulsa home, the tenderness of a mama holding her newest baby, the beautiful chaos of a full and happy household — it was all there, and we didn't miss a single moment of it.

The Session
We waited for the light and it delivered. The kind of golden hour glow that pours through windows and turns an ordinary Tuesday into something that looks like a dream. From the quiet tenderness of mom holding baby five to the pure unscripted joy of siblings lost in their game on the living room floor, every corner of this home had a story worth telling. The dogs even got in on the action — and honestly some of those frames are my favorites from the entire day.
